Two things, both done properly
Most contractors are good at one and tolerate the other. Dan runs specialist crews for each, painters for painting and renovation crews for remodeling, with a supervisor on site managing every project.
Painting
Prep is the job. Surfaces get repaired, caulked and primed before a topcoat goes on — which is why the exterior work is still holding years later.
Remodeling
Kitchens, baths, basements and additions — permitted, project-managed, and photographed for you daily.

Every line below comes from something a real customer wrote on Google — not from a marketing workshop.

- Customers repeatedly describe Dan returning after completion to walk the work.
- Itemized quotes, with photos
- Detailed written estimates and daily progress pictures. Reviewers call the process transparent and stress-free.
- He makes it right
- Backed by a 2-year workmanship warranty, and by a repeat-customer rate unusual in this trade.
- Clean sites
- Tidied daily. It is the detail reviewers mention most after the finish quality.
