Who you are hiring
WS Painting & Remodeling LLC is run by Dan James out of Powder Springs. It has been trading since 2004, on 25 years of hands-on experience with exteriors, interiors, kitchens, baths, decks and basements across Cherokee, Cobb, DeKalb, Forsyth, Fulton and Gwinnett counties.
The crews are specialists. Painters paint, carpenters and renovation crews build, and the specialty trades are handled by people who do only that. A few of the team are skilled across trades, but no one is asked to do work outside their specialty. What you get is one company scheduling those crews in the right order, so the trim is repaired before it is painted and nothing gets undone by the next trade in.
Every project has a supervisor on site who runs it day to day: the schedule, the crews, the quality checks and your questions. Dan James cannot be on every job at once, so the supervisors are how each one gets that attention. He oversees the projects and comes out to check the work, which is the return visit several reviewers mention.

2-year workmanship warranty
Workmanship is warranted for two years. The terms are written into the estimate you sign, not buried on a website.

Licensed and insured
Georgia does not issue a state license for painting contractors, so there is no license number to print and we will not invent one. Ask for our certificate of insurance before work starts — any contractor worth hiring will hand it over.
